IAN CHESTER (INVESTMENT MANAGER)
Starting a career in real estate 2008 with professional real estate body McGrath, Ian gained valuable insight to the importance of structuring property transactions and effective methods in growing and obtaining a portfolio of properties pre and post GFC. With a background in banking, finance & corporate transactions Ian now focuses his skills on developing a successful portfolio of boutique residential property developments in SE Queensland. An accredited property investment advisor with an M.B.A, Ian provides the fund with experience in acquisition and risk management. Ian has a personal track record of $767M+ in residential sales and $50M+ in residential property development.
EDWARD MOORE (INVESTMENT MANAGER)
Edward Moore has been involved in the finance industry for over 15 years specialising in real estate financing and structuring leveraged investments. In the last 3 years alone he has facilitated over $500M in debt funding.
During part of this period he has spent time with an Australian Bank gaining a thorough understanding of prudent lending practices and funds management. Edward has extensive hands on experience in putting together complex loan transactions and managing construction and subdivision development projects.
Edward holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (majoring in Finance and Banking) from Charles Sturt University in Bathurst, NSW Australia
