MARCH 2018

The 490 Medical Suites have proven to be popular in the market over the last 30 days. We now have an anchor tenant for both Unit 2 & 3. This has proven to attract other doctors with another 2 contracts issued for both Unit 4 & 5, leaving only another 2 to sale.

Unit 2 & 3 will settle in the month of April 2018, with Lots 4 & 5 settling in the month of May 2018. We only have 2 further units to sell. At this stage all capital and returns with be returned back to investors.
