OVERVIEW :

  • Internal works are complete

  • Titles to be issued at the end of February
  • We currently have Unit 1,3,8 left to sale
  • Carpet and all internal fixtures and fittings to be completed in first second week of February

JANUARY 2018

OVERVIEW :

  • Work commenced back on site 15th of January 2018
  • Whilst digging out the trench to lay the sewage rock was hit
  • The trench is 60m long and runs the length of the boundary
  • We continue to dig 5m a Day at about 2m deep and we anticipate that this work should be finalised by 10th of February
  • Once Sewage has been connected, all civils will commence
  • Landscaping and Driveway preparation to commence
  • Plan Ceiling and issue of Titles will commence around end of February
